Contract Engineer
talentueux.
Missions principales
Dans un contexte de forte croissance des projets et de montée en puissance des fournisseurs, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Piloter le traitement des écarts contractuels et des réclamations en lien avec les équipes projets et achats.
- Proposer des stratégies juridiques et commerciales adaptées aux situations rencontrées.
- Préparer les outils d'aide à la décision et assurer la traçabilité des échanges contractuels.
- Participer aux négociations avec les fournisseurs et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des transactions ou avenants.
- Accompagner les équipes internes dans la montée en compétence en Contract Management via la production de documents-types et recommandations organisationnelles.
- Contribuer au retour d'expérience (REX) sur la performance des fournisseurs et des outils contractuels.
Profil recherché
- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont 3 ans en Contract Management.
- Maîtrise du droit des contrats français et des spécificités liées à la commande publique.
- Expérience dans des projets de construction ou d'infrastructure (énergie, réseaux, etc.).
- Excellentes capacités de négociation, rédaction (FR/EN), et communication.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint) et SAP.
- Capacité à travailler en interface avec des équipes techniques et projets.
