**Your mission**

This HRBP role supports the R&D organization (Engineering, Product, Data, etc.), with teams primarily based in Poland. As part of the People team, you will work closely with the CHRO, the People Operations team, and your fellow HRBPs to ensure alignment between global people strategies and local implementation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a consistent, high-impact HR experience across the company.

**About the team**

Our global People and Talent Acquisition team (around 10 FTE) is full of enthusiastic, engaged and driven individuals who support our goal of making our people and company as successful as they can be, and we do this together.

**12-month journey**

**The first 3 months**: You’ll focus on learning everything about Tellent and your R&D stakeholders. Understand our structure, product, people, and culture.
**After 6 months**: You’ll be fully ramped up, working directly with managers, supporting team and talent development efforts, and improving HR processes within R&D.
**After 12 months**: You’ll have built strong relationships and added tangible value by helping our managers become better leaders and teams reach their full potential.

**What you’ll do**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to R&D managers, providing coaching on team structure, performance, and leadership development.
- Translate business goals into actionable people strategies that drive growth and alignment.
- Lead initiatives around organizational design, workforce planning, onboarding, and team effectiveness.
- Support managers in delivering meaningful feedback, identifying talent gaps, and implementing development or mobility plans.
- Co-build performance monitoring and employee development tools in collaboration with the Talent Development Manager.
- Champion company values and embed them into R&D team rituals, communication, and leadership behavior.
- Monitor key people metrics (e.g., engagement, attrition) and drive action based on insights and benchmarking.
- Support and implement engagement, DEI, and culture initiatives in partnership with the People team.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- 5+ years experience in a HR Manager/HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Strong affinity with tech teams
- Ability to balance strategic, tactical and operational work
- A curious mindset and proactive approach to continuous development
- Confidence to challenge constructively and push back when needed
- Experience supporting international teams and helping organizations scale sustainably
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
