**Vos missions**
Rattaché la Direction Générale et membre du Codir, vous définissez la stratégie et l'ensemble des politiques RH que vous pilotez et dont vous évaluez la mise en œuvre.

A ce titre vos principales missions sont:

- Recueillir les attentes et les besoins sur les problématiques touchant aux ressources humaines
- Suivre l'évolution des stratégies RH et des innovations
- Décliner la stratégie par problématiques RH et fixer des objectifs
- Définir et piloter les budgets et outils en lien avec votre activité
- Animer en tant que représentant de la Direction le dialogue social
- Recruter, encadrer et motiver votre équipe et développer leurs compétences.
- Accompagner les Directeurs de pôle dans leur problématique RH
- Impulser, piloter et suivre l'évolution des projets RH
- Assurer un reporting auprès de la direction

**Votre profil**
- Vous justifiez d'une formation supérieure en ressources humaines ou en droit (Master) ou ecole de commerce complété par un 3ème cycle RH
- Vous possédez une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum sur une fonction de DRH/ Head of People/ Chief People Officer acquise dans un contexte de scale up, idéalement dans le secteur de la tech/ du digital
- Vous avez une forte sensibilité aux enjeux sociétaux et environnementaux
- Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie des domaines des ressources humaines et une vision globale des autres fonctions
- Vous êtes très à l'aise sur les sujets de communication (marque employeur...)
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques de négociation, le Droit Social et les outils informatiques de gestion RH.
- Vous alliez intelligence conceptuelle et qualités organisationnelles et opérationnelles.
- Votre personnalité, votre ouverture d'esprit, votre sens du dialogue et vos qualités d'écoute vous permettent de mener à bien des négociations et de résoudre tous types de situations.
