We are looking for a highly motivated and talented **research technician** to support our oncology drug discovery programs.

The location of the position will be in our Immuno-Oncology site at Saint Julien-en-Gennevois (74).

1. You develop, implement, and execute experiments to support oncology drug discovery efforts

2. Troubleshoot assays with a high level of independent critical thinking

3. Conduct mechanism of action and preclinical proof-of-concept studies to profile novel therapeutics, alone or in combination, across multiple cancer indications

4. Propose technical solutions and experimental plans

6. Collaborate internally and present data and findings at internal scientific meetings
- Profil recherché

Bac +2/+3 level in Biology, Immunology
- 2+ years of professional experience in the field of cancer biology is a plus
- Experience in drug discovery in pharma industry or biotech and assay development is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and flexible environment
- Show critical thinking in data interpretation and scientific journals reading
- Skills for experimental data analysis and presentation of results with (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, GraphPad Prism ).

Nous recrutons un(e) Technicien(ne) de Recherche en Oncologie, Immuno-Oncologie, rattaché(e) à la R&D de la Business Unit Medical Care (BU MC) pour notre site de St Julien-en-Gennevois (74).
- Vous développez, mettez en œuvre et exécutez des expériences pour soutenir les efforts de découverte de médicaments en oncologie et en faisant preuve d'un haut niveau d'esprit critique et d’autonomie.
- Vous réalisez des expériences afin de mettre en évidence les mécanismes d'action et les preuves de concept précliniques pour établir le profil de nouvelles thérapies, seules ou en combinaison, dans plusieurs indications de cancer.
- Vous êtes force de proposition pour des solutions techniques et des plans expérimentaux
- Vous travaillez en équipe avec de nombreux collaborateurs internes et présentez les résultats lors de réunions scientifiques.

Ce poste en CDI est à pourvoir à St Julien-en-Gennevois dans notre centre Pierre Fabre d’immuno-oncologie.

Vous avez un niveau Bac +2/+3 en biologie, immunologie

Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience professionnelle de plus de 2 ans, idéalement dans le domaine de la biologie du cancer.

Vous bénéficiez également d’une première expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique avec une connaissance dans le développement de tests.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes flexibles et aimez travailler dans un environnement collaboratif.

Vous faites preuve d'esprit critique dans l'interprétation des données et la lecture des articles scientifiques.

Vous analysez et présenter vos données expérimentales (maîtrise de Word, Excel, Powerpoint, GraphPad Prism...).
