Working closely with the category, Commercial/Merchandising, finance and category teams, share and spread guidelines and recommendations to the sales teams (NAM, KAM). - Support the Merchandising plan execution driving the Planning team with the right priorities. - Financial reconciliation with volume and gross sales consistency. **The tasks**: **Demand construction and collaborative work**: - Review, analyze and challenge the forecasts provided by the sales teams on purpose to find the right consensus between ambition and inventory risks. - Interact with sales and commercial teams to solicit key markets and environmental impacts; on purpose to build a robust, rational and documented demand plan through the S&OP process. - Prepare relevant material covering the full range and the aim of each article to lead the discussions with the sales and commercial teams. Aiming to give right priorities to planning team. - Include D2C part in the scope of action, and more globally have an omnichannel approach. **Tools**: - Support end to end range management process including material and system set up. - Set up and update the demand planning system, with relevant seasonal, market-related data and competitive intelligence, including a demand phased at SKU level covering 2 seasons, in monthly time buckets according to the S&OP process.
