We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hands-on Senior Software Validation Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement a comprehensive and coherent automated test architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for test suites.
- Document the validation processes as well as test protocols.
- Execute protocol-based and exploratory test campaigns.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Share knowledge and bring improvement proposals regarding validation activities and practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development or end-to-end testing automation, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Jira, X-Ray and Git.
- Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in using test automation tools like Cypress, Appium, Selenium, or Postman.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements or experience in regulated environments (Pharma, Medical devices) is a plus.
- Experience in performance/load test is a plus.
- Certifications in software quality assurance, testing, or validation (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
- Knowledge in software security is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
