Global Senior Accountant

**About the team** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our global financial operations across all our entities. You will lead critical accounting processes, support financial reporting, and contribute to scaling our finance function to match our growth trajectory. You will be reporting to our Manager - Group Accounting and Treasury.

***Your scope: As the** Global Senior Accoutant, **you will**:
**_ Accounting Operations_**
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording of transactions across all entities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules and documents.
- Monthly review of balance sheet and P&L, identification and analysis of the main variation
- Monitoring and reconciliation of fixed assets
- Handle supplier payments, book bank entries and prepare bank reconciliations
- Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations to maintain consolidated accuracy.

**_Compliance and Taxes Support_**
- Collaborate with CPA teams and external advisors to ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and support Local and international tax filings
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and calculation

**_Payroll Operations_**
- Collaborate with external payroll providers and HR to maintain employee records and resolve payroll-related issues
- Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate integration with the general ledger
- Manage expense reports, approvals and payments

**_Collaboration and Process Improvement:_**
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, Sales, and Operations) to provide financial insights and operational support
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and implement improvements
- Support the enhancement and integration of accounting systems (OracleNetsuite)

**Audit and External Review**:

- Act as the primary liaison for external CPAs, providing requested documentation and addressing queries
- Ensure readiness for audits, coordinating with internal and external teams

**It would be great if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within an agile, fast-growing SaaS or an international environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles in an international context and standards
- Knowledge of Netsuite ERP is a plus. but you will need to be Advanced with Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Autonomy, rigor, curiosity and proactivity,
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external auditors and across teams.
- Fluency in English is a must
