About the Team Hiring:
The R&D division of GRAITEC is a diverse, multicultural environment, with a wide range of experienced professionals, with strong technical / interpersonal skills and a dedication to excellence. The R&D team operates, in Romania, France, UK, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, working alongside the Product Management Team in offering top-notch solutions to the AEC sector.

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of developers, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, standards, and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve software development efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of projects within budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the software development process to ensure high-quality and efficient software delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
Required Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing software development teams and delivering software projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of successfully leading teams in Agile development environments.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring developers and creating a high-performing team culture.
- Experience with project management tools and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience in leading technical architecture and design discussions, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong technical background and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
