On our site in SAINT HERBLAIN (44), a community of more than 330 enthusiasts evolves on the professions of Operations, R&D, Marketing, Sales and much more. On a global scope, we design, manufacture and market assembly solutions and industrial tools for our customers in fields such as automotive, aeronautics, general industry, light assembly, petrochemicals... The mission of Desoutter Industrial tools is to be an industry 4.0 and be a global leader in electric and smart assembly ecosystem solutions serving with a wide range of manufacturing operations, including Aerospace, Automotive, Tiers, Off-Road and General Industry._- We don’t want to list all the responsibilities, but rather instead focus on what _you will achieve through:_
- _ You will be responsible to drive, coordinate and support our global teams to push Desoutter to a top market position for this automotive industry’s subsegment._
- _ You will devise and implement a key customers business plan (making sure that it take our customers centers in consideration), aligned to your e-Mobility strategy, with responsible key contacts in our customers centers _
- _You will create, communicate and rollout a dedicated “e-Mobility” strategy, aligning to Desoutter’s global Tiers strategy with all account team members._
- _ You will secure proactively Desoutter‘s position as recognized “Station process leader“ and preffered supplier in e-Mobility solutions throughout the Automotive Industry._
- _ You will influence a strong network in industry-related key areas of growth, especially China, Korea, Japan, USA and Europe._
- _ You will ensure that we keep developing the right products and software solutions to further foster our technological pole position._
- _ You will drive our global teams to sell our cutting-edge, ecosystem-related solutions (today the foremost Nexonar, PivotWare, Data-Driven Solutions) to secure differentiation from competition and a satisfying margin._
- _ You will help to fullfill Desoutter’s mission to contribute to a safer, more sustainable and environment friendly industry._

What we expect of you?_**
- An international profile who has a engineering’s or university’s degree technically and commercially oriented or any other relevant field with a strong experience in product marketing, sales to business development, proficiency in automotive/tiers segment_. Ideally an international business experience within a job position including knowing a product range, communicating impactfully and persuading. A person with good communication skills, who knows how to deal with planning & execution, who know how to collaborate and who is resilient and highly motivated. Someone who is open to work in matrix organization and also open to innovation and new technologies, with a great strategic thinking mindset with hands-on mentality._
- English fluency is required in order to be successful in the role._
- Regular travelling is required as part of this position._
