As a Senior program manager, you will be driving transversal projects to support the program success, contribute to our Build Buy Partner strategy implementation, ensure that information and knowledge flows properly & is delivered to the right stakeholders in the organisation.

We are looking for a dynamic and multi-disciplinary Senior Program Manager to join the team.

**REPORTING TO**: Head of Program Management, PPaaS

**Responsibilities**
- **Program management** - She/He will be responsible to drive large, strategic projects that span across multiple functions and geographies, coordinating different teams and ensuring that initiatives are finalized on time, on budget and with high quality.
- **Build-Buy-Partner -** Build and formalize our knowledge & understanding of identified targets in our Build Buy Partner strategy. By collecting this knowledge both externally and within PPaaS & Ingenico teams, you will contribute to sound strategic & execution decisions
- **Executive & team communication** - Organize internal communication & business review meetings, by scheduling & communicating them as well as coordinating their preparation with relevant teams (from agenda through deliverables) to achieve an accurate & efficient communication sharing within PPaaS teams. He/she will also support meeting preparations with senior leadership team and PPaaS Advisory Board
- **Develop & drive knowledge sharing** - Coordinate & animate the content shared on PPaaS teams community by identifying, collecting & maintaining the information shared across all stakeholders. The purpose will be to develop exchanges (webinars, events,) to grow knowledge and collaboration between teams to achieve common program success.

**Experience / Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Program/project management
- Experience at strategy consulting firms &/or venture capital &/or private equity firms managing cross functional projects
- Proven experience in driving process improvements and building organizational excellence
- Experience in working with virtual teams and in a matrix environment
- Strong ability to coordinate effectively with people (internal /external) across geographically diverse cultures

**Technical skills**:

- Solid knowledge of Payments industry
- Solid experience in financial modeling & strategic business analysis
- Ability to build & animate efficient communication tools on PowerPoint, SharePoint and other collaborative tools.

**Additional important skills**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required. Other languages will be a plus.
