Kalexius is a legal services firm offering flexible and innovative solutions to the legal departments of large companies. As part of our growth, we are currently looking for a:
**Corporate - M&A lawyer / **juriste (4+ experience) temp contract**

The position is based in Paris.

You have studied law and worked for at least 4 years as a corporate/M&A lawyer or juriste, in a company or a law firm, and you were based in France for at least 2 years. You are looking for a position where you can develop your legal and commercial skills in a dynamic environment within a close-knit and inclusive team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Supporting the business in corporate and M&A law
- Drafting and analysis of contracts
- Liaising with external counsel

**Profile**
- You have strong legal and analytical skills
- You have the ability to work to deadlines
- You have the ability to quickly establish credibility with clients and internal functions
- You have an excellent command of English and French
- You have a pragmatic and proactive approach to the business
