Descriptif du poste
Afin de renforcer notre équipe pédagogique, et pour accompagner nos apprenants en formation continue, nous recrutons un(e) Customer Success (F/H).
**Vos missions non exhaustives sont les suivantes**:

- Être le/la garant(e) du bon déroulé de l'expérience en entreprise de nos apprentis et de la satisfaction de nos clients entreprise sur l’accompagnement de leurs apprentis et leur implication dans la formation.
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié(e) de nos maîtres d’apprentissage en entreprise : répondre à leurs interrogations tout au long du contrat, faire des suivis ponctuels pour s’assurer de la bonne montée en compétences et intégration de l’apprenti dans son entreprise
- Avoir un rôle de médiateur auprès des entreprises et des alternants en cas de situations difficiles ou conflictuelles afin de prévenir les ruptures de contrat
- Participer à l'amélioration de nos process pour cette équipe expérience entreprise

Une expérience commerciale est un véritable atout sur ce poste.
Notre process de recrutement se passe généralement en trois étapes. La première avec le pôle recrutement pour comprendre votre situation et vos attentes. Une seconde, où vous rencontrerez votre future manager. La dernière est un « vis ma vie » qui vous permettra de tester le poste, en vous installant dans votre futur bureau pour découvrir vos collègues et nos outils. Ce process dure en moyenne 15 jours.
Profil
De formation en Bac+3 minimum, avec une expérience dans un poste similaire (ou transposable).
Vous comprenez à la fois les enjeux de la fidélisation clients et savez adapter votre posture et votre discours en fonction de l'interlocuteur.
Vous savez faire preuve d’écoute et d’empathie tout en gardant un rôle pédagogique à vocation « éducative ».
Organisé(e) et méthodique, vous aimez le travail d’équipe et les imprévus ne vous font pas peur, alors rencontrons nous
