**POSTE ET MISSIONS**

En collaboration avec l'équipe développement et le CEO, vous portez la vision produit. Enrichissement fonctionnel, suivi des activités Recherche & Développement, collaboration avec les laboratoires de recherche.

Vos principales missions seront:

- D'abord, recueillir et analyser les besoins auprès des différents interlocuteurs ;
- rédiger les user stories et alimenter le backlog ;
- prioriser, contribuer à la définition de la roadmap et veiller à sa bonne exécution ;
- assurer la recette, les tests et faire remonter les bugs éventuels ;
- De surcroît, participer activement à la bonne mise en œuvre de Scrum ;
- être le garant du produit, du respect des délais et de la meilleure expérience utilisateur ;
- assurer le suivi du programme DeepTech (points de rencontre réguliers, coordination des équipes, avancée des Workpackages) ;
- Enfin, préparer l'intégration industrielle des innovations R&D aux solutions en production.

Profil recherché

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (Product Owner / Chef de projet).
- Savoir échanger efficacement avec une équipe de développeurs et êtes en mesure de conjuguer les besoins métiers et contraintes techniques.
- Avoir déjà travaillé sur des thématiques exigeantes en termes de contraintes techniques.
- Idéalement, vous avez déjà conduit un projet R&D en lien avec des laboratoires de recherche.
- Positif, à l'écoute et avec un leadership naturel, vous visez la progression de votre équipe.
- L'expérience utilisateur est au cœur de vos travaux.
