You are joining the Sanctions and Embargoes Advisory (Board) team within Natixis' Financial Security department. This team is responsible for advising the business lines on the compliance of the proposed transactions with international sanctions, reviewing the provisions for compliance with sanctions in the legal documentation, to issue the opinions on the profiles of the clients during the KYC process (customer knowledge) and to provide training for exposed personnel. On a daily basis, your tasks are: - Advise the trades and write opinions on the compliance of transactions with international regulations in terms of sanctions, mainly European and American; - Analyze and evaluate sanctions & embargoes risks as part of customer knowledge; - Advise the trades on reviewing and negotiating sanctions compliance clauses included in legal documentation; - Contribute to the update of procedures and operating procedures for compliance with embargoes; - Contribute to analysis, communication and training on financial sanctions regulations UN/EU/US/FR. You are proficient in: - Banking products; - The financial environment and international operations; - Ideally, export control. - You have excellent relationships, a very good listening ability and are: - Autonomous and organized; - Good analytical skills; - Recognized for your team spirit. You have a C1 level of English.
