**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Our job offer**:
AXA LM France is searching for a Head of Accounting ad interim. You will be responsible of 2 people for a period of 1 year.

**Let’s talk about your main missions**:

- Manage the accounting department of AXA LM France (AXA LM FR), including 2 employees;
- Manage accounting & tax tasks for 4 legal entities: 2 (re-)insurance entities (Colisee RE and Portman) and 2 service/management companies AXA LM FR and AXA LMFM.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of year-end reporting, tax reporting and audits;
- Ensure efficient closing and coordination with other departments (e.g. PBR, Central Accounting Services Team, Corporate Finance);
- Ensure a proper internal control system for accounting tasks under responsibility;
- Oversee overall workload and ensure proper staffing in area of responsibility;
- Manage/participate in Finance related projects, including Finance IT system changes and upgrades and and business development activities.

**Votre profil**:
**Let’s talk about you**:
1 - Education:

- BAC(+5) in Finance;
- Master in French accounting standards and rules and IFRS due to your training (DSCG, MASTER CCA) and/or your professional experience.

2 - Mindset:

- Team spirit and capable to endorse senior line management posture by dealing with day-to-day management, integration of new joiners and leading topics;
- Experience in project management, from beginning to presentation and animation;
- Methodic, well organized and capable to manage multiple tasks and jump from one project to another that might be totally different in a fast-changing environment;
- Result-oriented, problem-solving, resilient and able to deliver on-time and quality;
- Analytical and numeral skills;
- Capable of thinking outside the box and challenge existing situations;
- Motivated to work within an international and cross-cultural environment.
- Interest in and knowledge about the finance and reinsurance industries.

3 - Competencies:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in reinsurance or insurance field;
- Management experience a plus;
- Leadership skills and good teamplayer;
- Advanced level with Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or S4/HANA as a plus;
- Fluent in English and French both written and verbal.
