**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

In this position you will be supporting our worldwide HR Team, composed of VP Group HR, People Tools and HR Program Manager and HR in countries; your mission will be to support the HR team projects and to provide Exclusive Networks HR team with continuous support for different initiatives. This role will report to Senior HR Program Manager

**As the HR Program Intern, you will**:

- To assist with process improvement projects in accordance with the existing HR processes with an emphasis on automation
- Monitoring both communication and eLearning program on the platform
- To provide support to the Exclusive Networks HR Team on HR Program Management such as eLearning,
- Performance review, Talent review, Surveys, Onboarding.
- To do Additional tasks may include data audits, documenting process instructions, change management and other support as needed
- To track the budget cost linked to platforms in use

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal HR Program Intern**:

- 6 months of Internship Experience
- Fluent in both English and French
- Good communication, proactive and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools is a plus
- Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
- Practicality and effectiveness in your daily work, prioritizing key tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
- Ability to help in preparing training materials and process documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
