**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**
As an intern in our HR team, you will play an integral role in contributing to the company's important HR initiatives, specifically within the Compensation & Benefits function. In this position, you will have the valuable opportunity to support our global HR team, which includes the SVP Group HR, Compensation & Benefits Director, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Senior HR Tools and Program Manager, and HR professionals in various countries. Your mission will involve providing continuous support to the Exclusive Networks HR team, focusing on compensation and benefits programs.
**As the Intern HR Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will**:
- Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys with an external consulting company and perform matching exercises
- Conduct market analysis and prepare data for compensation and benefits analysis, including reviewing salary ranges
- Conduct audits on C&B, analyze compensation data against policies, ensure data cleanliness and quality
- Assist in job leveling by reviewing levels and governance
- Support process improvement projects aligned with existing HR processes
- Support communication efforts for the launch or implementation of compensation programs
- You will also participate in ad hoc projects and work with the rest of the team to provide continuous support (e.g. Operations and Finance Team
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**
**The ideal Intern Intern HR Compensation & Benefits Analyst**:
- Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with advanced Excel functionality, Power Point and HRIS tools (would be a plus)
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French.
- Practicality and effectiveness in your daily work, prioritizing key tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
- Ability to help in preparing training materials and process documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
