What you’ll do & Who you are

Editorial:

- Updating current content and contributing to the design of new communication media in line with our brand guidelines (newsletters, articles, messages, invitations, etc.)
- Support teams in their internal communication needs

Events:

- Support in the management of strategic internal events (logistics, sending invitations, presence on D-day etc.)

Intranet management:

- Regular updating of the intranet (content, archiving, sorting)

Planning and monitoring:

- Co-piloting the editorial calendar
- Operational monitoring of the various campaigns and actions planned, ensuring that deadlines are met

Effectiveness analysis:

- Assessing the impact of internal communication campaigns.
- Use of performance measurement tools to adjust strategies

Profile required:

- French as mother tongue: excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Experienced command of written and spoken English.
- Mastery of communication tools.
- Ability to work independently while encouraging collaboration.
- Organisational skills, proactivity and respect for deadlines.
- Previous experience in internal communications would be an asset.

This position reports to the Head of Internal Communications for leboncoin, an Adevinta Group marketplace.
