**Your Impact**

As an **Internal Communications & Content Intern**, you’ll help keep employees informed and engaged by creating clear and engaging content. Your work will improve how internal messages are shared and experienced, making it easier for teams to stay connected and aligned. You’ll bring fresh ideas and help build tools that support ongoing communication beyond your internship

**Key Responsibilities**- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and updates
- Develop engaging content including presentations, videos, and visuals for internal platforms
- Manage and update content on SharePoint and other digital tools
- Support internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information and tailor communications
- Suggest improvements to communication processes and content formats
- Help document best practices and create communication templates

**About YOU**- Currently studying Communications, Business Administration, Digital media or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, AI tools like ChatGPT and design apps such as Canva or Photoshop
- Strong communications skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to create clear and engaging content
- Proactive and self-driven mindset; able to take initiative and work independently
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of IT processes, technology or digital workplace tools
- Motivation to learn, grow and contribute positively to team goals
- Able to provide an internship agreement from your university
- Available as soon as possible for 4 months
