**About the role**
An exciting new opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless HR service within designated offices.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on firm policies, procedure and best practice, as well as ensuring compliance with firm policies, procedures, and local / global laws and regulations as required.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key departments in the firm, within designated office and globally.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to stakeholders on a range of HR matters including employee relations and performance management.
- Working closely with and taking direction from Senior HR Leadership team to ensure a best in class HR service for the designated office.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with members of the Works Council, and preparing documentation and reports for recurring Works Council meetings.
**About you**
Join our team if you:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and in English.
- Display the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Have excellent Excel skills.

- Experience working as a Human Resources Generalist.
- Experience in advising, guiding and supporting key stakeholders with a global matrix organization.
