**We are looking for A** Recycling Project Leader **to join our team**

**You will work on challenges that matter**

Your missions:
The Recycling Project Leader will:

- Lead and coordinate innovative project to secure safe implementation
- Secure planning, budget and deliverables according to innovation process
- Collaboration with suppliers, customers, partners to achieve targets and deliverables
- Define product/process FMEA
- Interface with other departments and BG (quality, labs, process workshop, experts, marketing, costing..)
- Define and deploy project validation plan
- Prepare and present project milestones to Innovation management
- Write needed product/process guideline of his/her innovation
- Ensure Technical review
- Secure intellectual property
- Achieve technological & market intelligence and competition analysis
- Contribute to innovation session to set-up new innovation solution
- Support and lead creativity cession creativity
- Develop ecosystem : proactive liaison with external network to promote and identify new recycling technologies: Universities, techno platform, R&D center, OEM; Tier 1 and Organizations

Aligned with our strategy on circular economy, his/her activity would be particularly focused on the development of new recycling technologies for multi-material polymer concepts or optimized technologies to recycle very specific concepts.

**What if it was you?**
- PhD + 5/7 years’ experience or bachelor’s in engineering with 10 years’ experience
- Strong skills in recycling technologies (mechanical, chemical, biological..)
- Organic chemistry, specialized in Polymers
- Technical analysis and characterization
- Knowledge in extrusion process and injection
- International experience and mindset, Able to work in team in multicultural and foreign environment
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Curiosity and passion for technical domains
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
