La prestation consistera à porter la responsabilité de la vision Produit, la définition et l?exécution de la stratégie Produit et l?accompagnement des Product Managers et des Product Owners dans le déroulé de leurs activités.

VISION & STRATEGIE PRODUIT
- Diffusion d?une culture Produit au sein de l?entreprise
- Garant de l?alignement autour de la vision Produit de auprès des équipes internes et externes
- Définition de la stratégie Produit à moyen-long terme
- Garant de l?alignement des parties prenantes autour de la stratégie Produit
- Définition et garant de l?alignement des parties prenantes autour des critères de performance du produit
- Instruction et validation des nouvelles opportunités permettant d?apporter un maximum

d?impact pour les utilisateurs et pour l?entreprise
- Veille concurrentielle et benchmark régulier pour identification des grandes tendances du marché sur les usages de consommation vidéo, de la SVOD et du streaming

CONCEPTION PRODUIT
- Accompagnement des Product Managers et Product Owners sur la conception des fonctionnalités
- Garant de l?alignement sur la conception des fonctionnalités avec le Head of Design et le Head of Technique

DELIVERY
- Accompagnement des Product Managers et Product Owners dans le déroulé de leurs activités, la construction, la priorisation et la gestion du Backlog Produit
- Accompagnement des Product Managers et Product Owners dans la gestion des roadmaps
- Accompagnement des Product Managers et Product Owners sur la gestion des interdépendances avec les roadmaps Produit des autres offres

CROISSANCE DU PRODUIT
- En lien avec les directions éditoriales et marketing, définition des dispositifs numériques permettant d'assurer l'animation et la promotion du produit
- Accompagnement des Product Managers et Product Owners dans le déploiement de la stratégie go-to-market
- Analyse des données, identification de nouvelles opportunités et adaptation de la stratégie Produit en fonction

MANAGEMENT OPERATIONNEL DURANT LA PRESTATION
- Organisation des sessions de PI Planning trimestriels
- Organisation des comités de synchronisation avec les parties prenantes
- Participation à l?organisation des sessions de bilans trimestriels
- Participation à l?animation et à l?optimisation des guildes Produit
- Définition du bon découpage d?équipes avec le Head of Design et le Head of Technique
- Profil de head of product senior, au moins 12 ans d?expérience dans les métiers du Produit et du numérique
- BAC+5, diplômé(e) d?une Ecole de Commerce, d?une Ecole d?Ingénieur ou équivalent
- Connaissance du domaine des médias
- Forte culture produit et expertise dans le product management
- Maitrise des méthodologies de Stratégie Produit (OKR, Kano, Lean Canvas etc..)
- Maitrise des méthodologies Design (Design thinking, design sprint, brainstorming, tri de cartes etc...)et des pratiques agiles
- Maitrise des outils Jira / Confluence
- Maitrise des outils de priorisation Produit (type RICE, HEART etc...)
- Maitrise des outils collaboratifs : Miro, Figma, Slack, Trello, Teams
- Maitrise des outils analytiques (Power BI, AT Internet, Chartbeat, Content square, AB/Tasty)
- Maitrise des outils de communication et d?alignement de parties prenantes
- Excellente compréhension des enjeux et des problématiques techniques
- Excellente compréhension des enjeux business
- Connaissance des logiques de backoffice
