Nous recherchons pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, un Offshore Project Manager

Mission:
Le Responsable Marine Projets Offshore combine les responsabilités de chef de Projet et de coordination des opérations pour les projets dans le domaine de l’Energie.

Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec la Division Energie du client en étant impliqué dès l’attribution du contrat. Les projets Energie sont des contrats EPCI ou EPC et consistent en l’installation et la livraison de différents types de systèmes comme des systèmes sous-marins.

Le Responsable Marine Projets Offshore gère et coordonne l’équipe Marine constituée pour le pilotage et l’implémentation du Projet auquel il a été affecté. Il est responsable de la constitution de cette équipe et de sa coordination.

Ses responsabilités sont diverses : responsable de la préparation et de l’exécution de l’installation, responsable de la définition et planification des ressources techniques et humaines nécessaires à l’ingénierie et l’installation, suivi du budget, responsable de l’ingénierie d’installation, revue de design, sélection et pilotage des sous-traitants, suivi et émission de la documentation contractuelle client, développement du plan d’évaluation et de prévention des risques (HAZID/HAZOP), suivi et garant des rapports de l’installation offshore et référent Installation Marine pour le Client.

**Description du profil**
- Maîtrise les phases d’installation marine dans le domaine des Energies Offshores
- Expérience embarquée
- Autonomie en suivi d’ingénierie d’installation (Method, Analyses, design, survey, routing)
- Bon niveau de relation clients (internes et externes)
- Compétence en gestion et planification de projets dans le domaine des Energies Offshores
- Anglais courant
- Aptitude en Communication (orale et écrite)
- Compétence en suivi budgétaire Projet
- Compétence en évaluation et suivi des termes du contrat
