À propos du poste

Au sein d'un développeur majeur du secteur de l'éolien offshore, vous intervenez en support direct des équipes projets (développement, EPC/EPCI, construction offshore, installation et mise en service).

Véritable
référent contractuel du projet
, vous accompagnez le Project Manager dans la sécurisation des enjeux contractuels, financiers et assurantiels, sur des projets complexes à fortes interfaces (turbiniers, fondations, câbles, transport & installation, O&M).

Missions principales

Gestion contractuelle & risques

  • Analyser les contrats clients, EPCI/EPC, contrats fournisseurs et sous-traitants (fondations, câbles, T&I, services maritimes).
  • Identifier, évaluer et suivre les risques contractuels spécifiques à l'offshore (météo, interfaces, retards, force majeure, LDs).
  • Être le point focal contractuel au sein de l'équipe projet.

Support projet & pilotage

  • Participer aux réunions projet (internes et partenaires) et apporter un éclairage contractuel aux décisions opérationnelles.
  • Assurer le suivi des obligations contractuelles : jalons, livrables, délais, paiements, garanties, pénalités.
  • Suivre les impacts contractuels liés aux contraintes offshore (fenêtres météo, indisponibilité navires, interfaces multi-lots).

Change & Claim Management

  • Piloter la gestion des variations, changements et claims (EOT, coûts additionnels, rebaselines).
  • Préparer la stratégie de claim, constituer les dossiers contractuels et documentaires.
  • Rédiger et suivre les correspondances contractuelles : notifications, courriers formels, réserves contractuelles.

Négociations & coordination

  • Participer aux négociations contractuelles avec les partenaires, sous-traitants et affréteurs maritimes.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques, planning, finance, assurance et juridique.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des interfaces contractuelles entre lots (fondations, câbles, turbines, offshore substation).

Amélioration continue

  • Capitaliser le retour d'expérience projets offshore.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des modèles contractuels, procédures internes et best practices.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Bac+5 (ingénierie, droit des affaires, gestion de projet).
  • +10 ans d'expérience en contract management
    , idéalement dans :
  • Éolien offshore
  • Oil & Gas offshore
  • Projets maritimes / infrastructures offshore
  • Solide connaissance des contrats
    EPC / EPCI / FIDIC / BIMCO / LOGIC / Supply & Installation
    .
  • Expérience confirmée en
    claim management et change management
    sur projets complexes.
  • Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles dans un contexte international.
  • Rigueur, esprit analytique, autonomie et sens du collectif.
  • Anglais courant indispensable
    (écrit & oral).
