The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.
**Responsibilities**:
- The post holder will report to Construction Manager and will coordinate works on the site, supervise works teams and ensure that the health and safety as well as quality procedures are in place.
- Prepare and organize works on site, supervise and follow-up the execution in accordance with works schedule.
- Define resources, manage subcontractors and ensure the schedule is met.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Degree or master in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a Construction company
- Experience in nuclear sector is a plus.
**Competences**:
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- A proactive person with capacity to analyse her/his work and foresee the Project needs.
- A motivated, organized person with an eye to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Driving licence
- ** Languages**:
- English oral and written - professional proficiency.
- French recommended.
