**WHY BOX NEEDS YOU**

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives that focus on closing pivotal deals in accounts experiencing high growth while representing Box for the Southern EMEA region. You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Enterprise Field Account Executives
- Develop Account Executives for career growth within the Box Sales organization
- Support team in customer on-sites, calls, partnerships, and meetings as executive sponsor
- Report on sales metrics and forecast to Senior Sales Management
- Motivate team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship; drive sales growth and create a significant presence for Box in Southern EMEA
- Set standards for performance metrics; utilize Salesforce to manage sales process
- Nurture and coordinate local cross-functional collaboration across the leadership team to drive results; partner with Sales Engineering, Box Consulting, Customer Success, Product Support, and Marketing
- Take opportunities to inform and educate the market in Southern EMEA about Box

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Experience selling into and scaling the Southern EMEA region for an enterprise software company
- Proven success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
- Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
- Robust Salesforce analysis, reporting and forecasting skillset
- Ability to set clear objectives and execute against them with a proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
