**Years of experience**

Total experience: 8-12 Years
- Expertise in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Middleware products like Jboss,

Apache, Tomcat on Windows and Unix Platforms along with certification is preferred.
- Involved in Migration and Upgrade of Middleware and proven record for supporting on

different infrastructures.
- Expertise in Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting the Web Servers such as IIS,

Apache, IBM Http Server or similar flavor on Windows and Unix Platforms
- Expertise in installing configuring and troubleshooting IBM MQ and similar other messaging

engines and creating and managing MQ objects like queue managers, queues, channels,

and other necessary components
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues of the Web / App & Messaging system.
- Expertise in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting one or more File transfer products

like SFTP / MFT / SFG / Move IT etc....on Windows and Unix Platforms along with

Axway MFT, JSOL, API
- Should be Expertise in FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, FIPS, HTTPS protocols and good command MFT

Command Center using these protocols.
- Expertise in generating and analyzing heap/thread and tcp dump.
- Expertise in setting up monitoring for middleware servers to avoid basic issues like disk

space, memory, CPU etc..
- Linux and shell or other Unix scripting languages or Python Script is preferred.
- Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting for App -Ops.
- Excellent understanding of DNS server and request flow methodologies and architectures.
- Should have collaborated with internal and external technical resources to resolve high

priority issues and mitigate business impact
- Working with various teams like Infrastructure, development team to resolve, analysis of

root causes for complex issues and outages.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and excellent written and verbal

communication skills.
