Get behind the wheel No routine, all our routes are different The Product Manager Operational Leasing deploys the global marketing strategy of Mobilize Lease&Co’s products and services, aligning offers with customer needs, market trends and business objectives. He/she is also in charge of the analysis and synthesis of the pricing elements of the subsidiaries for which he/she is responsible. Based at Mobilize Lease&Co headquarters, he/she collaborates with the subsidiaries to ensure consistency in product offering, strategic positioning and development of new solutions adapted to local specificities and international expectations. Missions Detailed Development of overall product strategy - Support the OPL products and services marketing strategy in coordination with Mobilize Lease&Co subsidiaries - Identify customer needs, market trends (sustainable mobility, electric vehicles, EV refills, connected technologies, etc.) and opportunities to strengthen the positioning of Mobilize Lease&Co - Create a product roadmap for its geographical area - Support new product/service launches and coordinate local implementation with subsidiaries - Ensure overall consistency in product positioning while allowing adjustments to local specificities Market analysis, competitive intelligence and strategic analysis - Conduct in-depth analyses of trends in the long-term car rental industry and mobility innovations with subsidiaries - Conduct regular competitive monitoring to anticipate market developments and adjust Mobilize Lease&Co’s strategies with subsidiaries - Identify unexploited market segments and design adapted offers - Work closely with subsidiaries to understand their specific needs, local challenges and feedback on offerings such as fleet management or customer satisfaction - Train local marketing teams (MLC and/or MFS) on tools, key messages and best practices - Work with branch marketing managers to align local strategies with overall objectives - Provide ad hoc analysis at the request of management, including budget reviews or strategic projects Product positioning and communication - Develop the positioning, key messages and differentiators of Mobilize Lease&Co’s products and services - Support global marketing campaigns in partnership with communication and digital teams (presentations, brochures, videos, digital content) - Pay attention to the correct synchronization of offers between MLC and MFS - Monitor and analyse the performance of products and services - Propose product improvements or adjustments to optimize results - Produce regular reports for the Branch and stakeholders Cooperation with Brands/Countries/Internal and External Customers - Brands: Raise awareness on main Pricing & TCO-TCU sensibilities on Operating Lease Product - Countries: Train, Help, Be the referent on Pricing & TCO-TCU on Operating Lease Product - External Customers: Know Your Customers to prioritize pricing topics to their needs - Internal Customers: Raise awareness on main Pricing & TCO-TCU sensibilities on Operating Lease Product with Corporate functions - Real off-road, you interest us_ - Graduated with a Master’s degree or equivalent BAC +5 level and ideally graduated from an education in higher education in Marketing Or Management Control - You must have a successful first experience in the long-term rental sector - Operating Lease pricing strong knowledge - Advanced Excel skills in financial mathematics - You have a good relationship and excellent communication skills to interact with dif
