Mobilize Financial Services is the financial services provider for Renault Group brands (Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Renault Samsung Motors and Lada) and for the Nissan Group brands (Nissan, Datsun and Infiniti and Mitsubishi Motors). We offer finance and services (insurance, payment, savings, maintenance, operational leasing, mobility services etc..) addressing all their customers, individuals and businesses, buying new and used cars and commercial vehicles. We cover 36 countries and contribute to the growth of the Alliance brands. In 2020 we financed the purchase of nearly 1.5 million vehicles. The services offered by Mobilize are retailed by the manufacturers’ dealer networks and also distributed online through the brands’ websites. Our purpose is to serve as a strategic lever for the Renault Nissan Alliance brands. We partner with them in their sales policies to win over new customers and earn lasting loyalty.

Mobilize Lease&Co is a subsidiary of Mobilize Financial Services, its objective is to accelerate the deployment of operating lease offers and thus meet the new mobility needs of its customers. Mobilize Lease&Co will develop usage-based solutions that include increasingly flexible leasing offers, as well as fleet management services through vehicle connectivity. Mobilize Lease&Co's new offers will be progressively extended to several countries in Europe and Latin America, to retail customers, small and medium fleets large accounts as well as mobility operators. Mobilize Lease&Co's aim is to reach a fleet size of 1 million vehicles by 2030, compared to 350,000 today.

Missions Detailed
- Build, lead and deploy operation commercial plan within his/her scope of countries
- Map the existing offers
- Challenge operational lease offer covering to maximize customer benefit
- Co builds and submit new products in the official instance
- Map countries commercial levers and animate them to reach more and better performance
- Support local sales teams to improve operational lease actions plans
- Follow up commercial action plans
- Do the go between with other Mobilize FS directions and Brands to facilitate completion of big fleet deals
- Coaches’ local teams on sales methods
- Support local teams in new business development
- Coordinate countries topics with marketing, residual value, controlling

Cooperation’s with Brands/Countries/Internal and External Customers
- Brands: Renault Business Unit, Nissan NAE corporate sales team, Dacia business Unit
- Countries: Sales & marketing teams both at MFS and Brand, operations, risk, IT, controlling.
- External Customers: key account or strategic customers if required to support country team
- Internal Customers: lease co RV, marketing and controlling teams, risk departments
