About the Role

As Operational Impact Manager, your mission is to ensure our defense solutions deliver maximum operational value in the field. You are the single point of accountability for operational adequacy: collecting feedback from users, identifying usage gaps, and translating insights into actionable products, new product areas and deployment improvements.

Your work ensures that what we deliver is not just functional but mission-effective.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Alignment: Ensure that Harmattan AI's solutions are fully aligned with real-world operational requirements.

  • Feedback Centralization: Act as the main point of contact for all feedback related to operational performance and impact.

  • Impact Maximization: Identify and prioritize areas where improvements can significantly increase value for end-users.

  • Cross-Team Liaison: Work closely with engineering, product managers, and deployment teams to channel field insights into system design and upgrades.

  • Networking through forces: In close relation with Sales & Marketing, develop network with final users of Harmattan AI solutions to maximize feedback and lobbying.

  • Sales & Marketing Interface: Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to ensure commercial narratives are rooted in operational reality and that field insights inform future positioning.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5-10 years of military experience in field operations, systems integration, or user success roles, ideally in defense, aerospace, or robotics.

  • Deep understanding of how high-tech systems are deployed and used in complex operational contexts, ability to identify areas for new products.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.
