**Main responsibilities**

The Finance Intern will assist the team with
- Posting of credit card expenses and matching of receipts
- Ensuring expenses and invoices are coded to the correct projects.
- Validating & posting Supplier Invoices
- Posting Bank Payments / Reconciling bank accounts.
- Dealing with Staff expenses
- Helping with monthly accounts to meet deadlines.
- Obtaining relevant approvals of Purchase Invoices.
- Posting of petty cash & reconciling
- Maintaining the corporate electronic filing system
- Assisting in year-end audit reports
- PO preparation, administration, send Due Diligence forms for completion, financial checks.
- Adhoc requests as required by the team.

**Requirements**:

- English speaker or C2 proficiency
- Student with financial or accounting specialisation
- Good IT skills are a must as we are a technology company and run a paperless office.
- Good MS office skills (Excel / Word etc. )
- Resourcefulness and flexibility to get the job done, sometimes in challenging environments.
- Good under pressure and ability to prioritise tasks depending upon the situation.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Enthusiastic, patient and should be a critical thinker.
- Must be a team player and adaptable to changing situations.
