Cdi - Responsable Reporting Finance Monde (H/F)/x)

Within the Global Finance Department, you will join the Consolidation & Reporting team. Reporting to the Consolidation & Reporting Director, you will supervise 2 Reporting Controllers.

**You will shine and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:

- Ensure the reliability of financial data reported to LVMH
- Coordination of the reporting, validation and analysis of information transmitted by subsidiaries/regions
- Preparation and distribution of closing and budget reporting schedules/instructions
- Ensuring the diffusion of financial data to other members of the Finance Department: cash in liaison with Treasury, close collaboration with the Global Controlling team
- Preparation and distribution of financial appendixes
- Preparation and distribution of financial reports such as: P&L, balance sheet, inventories, cash flow with indicators for monitoring WCR (DPO, DSO and DOI) and ROCE.
- Participation in the preparation of presentations for the top management
- Implementation of new reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Administration of reporting in SYRUS (SAP FC) in liaison with the Consolidation team and the LVMH BFC IT team: expression of needs, testing and validation, production
- Act as a business partner with country subsidiaries: ad-hoc training, community management
- 7 years' experience in a Reporting or Controlling position, ideally in the retail industry
- Rigorous, responsive, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
- Aptitude for IT tools: excellent level on Excel - knowledge of SAP FC
- Fluent English speaking

Au sein de la Direction Financière Monde, vous intégrez l'équipe Consolidation et Reporting. Rattaché(e) au Directeur Consolidation et Reporting, vous encadrerez 2 Chargés de Reporting.

Être le/la garant(e) de la qualité des état financiers (délais, fiabilité, pertinence) sur les données de remontée mensuelles, hard close, budget et plan**:

- Être garant(e) de la fiabilisation des données financières remontées à LVMH
- Coordination de la remontée, validation et analyse des informations transmises par les filiales/régions
- Préparation et diffusions des plannings/instructions de clôture et de remontées budgétaires
- Être garant(e) de la diffusion des données financières envers les autres membres de la direction financière : cash en lien avec la Trésorerie, collaboration étroite avec l’équipe Contrôle de Gestion Monde
- Elaboration et diffusion des annexes financières
- Elaboration et diffusion des états de reporting : P&L, bilan, stocks, cash-flow avec indicateurs de suivi BFR (DPO, DSO et DOI) et ROCE
- Participation à l’élaboration des présentations destinées au management
- Mise en place de nouveaux reports et analyses ad-hoc
- Administration du reporting de gestion dans SYRUS (SAP FC) en liaison avec l’équipe consolidation et l’équipe IT BFC de LVMH : expression des besoins, test et validation, mise en production
- Agir en tant que business partner avec les filiales en pays : formations ad-hoc, animation du réseau de contacts

N’hésitez plus à postuler si vous avez vous êtes _**
- 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste de reporting ou contrôle de gestion idéalement dans le domaine du retail
- Rigoureux(se), réactif(ve), vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent sens de la communication
- Capacité à prioriser face à des délais courts
- Appétence pour les outils informatiques : excellente maitrise d’Excel - connaissance de SAP FC
- Anglais courant
