Business Transformation Services (BTS) is part of SAP services organization. It is a global organization consisting of central expertise teams and of local customer centric teams. The core mission of BTS is to drive the digitalization agenda of our customers through designing and implementing Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps. Management consulting, Business value generation, business & process model redesign and organizational change management are in BTS’s DNA.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Solid work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services (Manager or Senior Manager Level)
- Strong ability to plan and drive change management during projects and within new organizations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well solid presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Good knowledge of current and future trends in IT and in at least one other industry

**DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE**

We are looking for a balance of the following:

- Strong Business process experience, in a SAP context, such as process re-engineering, process design or process audits
- Broad experience of SAP portfolio and at least with depth for one line-of-business (e.g. procurement or marketing) or industry solutions. Preferred industry experience is in consumer products/ retail, discrete industry, utilities.
- Development of Business cases for securing investment in major IT programs.
- Advisory in a SAP transformation context. It may cover definition of landscape strategy, IT portfolio planning, COE organization, enterprise architecture governance, business value roadmap.
- Proven experience in customer management and team coordination.
- Experience with Cloud platforms, new technologies and/or projects with an innovative mindset approach would be a plus.
