Live in Gardener

For a secondary property located in Saint Tropez (300m²), EDMAR International is seeking a live-in property guardian/gardener for a permanent, year-round position. The family primarily occupies the villa during the summer months, school holidays, and occasional weekends.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the villa remains in excellent condition year-round.
- Oversee the upkeep of the garden, ensuring it is well-maintained and presentable. This includes sweeping, cleaning the terrace, outdoor furniture, and assisting the gardener when needed.
- Supervise and maintain the swimming pool, ensuring it is clean and operational.
- Oversee and coordinate external service providers and contractors as required.
- Ensure the security and surveillance of the property, including monitoring access and addressing any concerns.
- Run errands and shop for household necessities.
- Assist with occasional tasks to ensure the property is ready for the family's arrival.
**Profile & Conditions ;**
- French permanent contract (CDI).
- Independent accommodation provided on-site.
- Salary starting at 2500
- Scooter provided for work-related errands and transport.
- A dynamic person, proactive and autonomous.
