**Rôles et responsabilités**:

- Participer à la mise en place et à l’implémentation de la stratégie Business Development.
- Définir les cibles (Life Sciences en France, Suisse et Belgique) et les personas.
- Réaliser des sessions quotidiennes de cold calling.
- Devenir rapidement autonome sur l’ensemble des étapes du process jusqu’au closing sur des ventes complexes.
- Participer à des congrès et salons spécifiques Life Sciences en Europe.

**Profil recherché**:

- Avoir de l'expérience dans les Life Sciences souhaitée.
- Justifier de minimum 5 années d'expérience en Business Development dans une start-up ou TPE.
- Avoir une expérience avérée dans la vente complexe.
- Être force de proposition.
- Être attiré par la performance tout en véhiculant les valeurs de Recrutis.
- Maîtriser l’anglais niveau C1 minimum.
- Faire preuve de rigueur, organisation, implication et curiosité.
