Our Account Coordinators normally handle various workloads and are challenged in a fast-paced environment. Being dependable and detail-oriented is crucial for this role, as well as close collaboration with internal teams.

With offices in Paris, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo, Patriksson holds a leading position in Europe within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle segment offering strategic brand communication, media and influencer relations, creative concept development, and event production, all with a digital-first approach and premium sensibility.

This position is based at Patriksson Paris on Avenue de l'Opéra and reports to the French Country Manager.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working in close collaboration with the communications team, with a Brand Director or Senior manager as support
- Support in the execution of local press strategies, including proactive and reactive press work, product communication, and influencer relations
- Responsible for day-to-day assignments and/or projects
- Responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting activities.
- Monitoring the media and influencer landscape, current trends, and sharing knowledge internally.
- Support with guest management and production tasks for events.
- Research for pitches and ideas, for existing as well as new clients
- Responsible for delivering on time and according to Client’s contract
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Relevant work experience within PR, Communication, Marketing or similar, experience within the fashion/lifestyle/beauty segment is meriting
- Great knowledge of the French and European media and influencer landscape, focus on fashion/lifestyle/beauty
- Proficient interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong passion for fashion and creative industries combined with knowledge of current affairs and trends
- Solution-oriented and flexible individual who grasps opportunities
- Fluency in both French and English

This is a permanent position. Employment start during March.
