- United Kingdom**EQUANS is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent, part time and remote basis. The successful applicant will work Friday - Monday between the hours of 10am - 7pm. On offer is a competitive salary of £19,776 and benefits package.**
**What will you deliver?**
- Making customers and their needs the primary focus of your work
- Interacting with customers by telephone to understand their problem by evaluating and analysing the symptoms of issues
- Processing the information in response to their comments and clearly communicating solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner
- Troubleshooting issues using the EVS CPMS
- Sending remote commands using EVS software
- Investigating billing queries and adjusting customer account balances where necessary
- Following established processes and procedures and tailoring responses accordingly
- Following up and making scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Staying current with system information, changes and updates
- Researching required information using available resources
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Record keeping - logging each call on EVS database
- Performing related work and general administrative support as required

**Who are we looking for?**

- The ability to speak clearly and communicate certain technical aspects in simple language
- The ability to establish rapport quickly with a wide variety of customers in a variety of situations
- Effective questioning and listening skills
- The ability to remain calm and polite when under pressure
- Effectively deal with customers in antagonistic situations, using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict
