**Position Overview**
As a Waiter, you are more than an order taker, you are a host, entertainer, and an integral part of the Lucia Cannes experience. With warmth, energy, and precision, you deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating genuine connections with our guests. You guide them through our signature lifestyle concept and ensure every visit becomes a memorable Celebration of Life.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide warm, engaging, and professional service aligned with Lucia Cannes values.
- Confidently take food and beverage orders and operate POS systems with accuracy.
- Present and explain menu items and daily specials with flair and expertise.
- Upsell and make recommendations using product knowledge and pairing techniques.
- Serve and run food and beverages to tables and sunbeds.
- Prepare and maintain mise en place: cutlery, napkins, condiments, menus.
- Ensure your section is clean, complete, and guest-ready at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and handle complaints with professionalism.
- Support runners and colleagues across the floor for smooth service flow.
- Execute all opening, daily, and closing duties with consistency.
- Participate in daily briefings and team training sessions.
- Maintain high grooming, hygiene, and personal presentation standards.
