**Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner **you’ll be responsible for
**supporting our structure in France **when it comes to
**Human Resources matters **. Every person is your teammate and you have to make sure that everyone has their HR needs fulfilled. You will be responsible for:

- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and develop HR solutions that align with the company’s strategy;
- Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices to ensure our company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent;
- Serve as a change agent by leading and supporting organizational change initiatives in accordance to local law and group policies/practices;
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues;
- Coach and develop managers on HR best practices, talent management, and employee engagement strategies;
- Manage payroll operations, including processing of paychecks, tax filings, and employee deductions;
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, and stay up to date on changes in legislation that may impact the company;
- Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, termination, and coordination with vendors;
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files, both physical and electronic;
- Collaborate with other departments (for e.g. Shared Service Centre, Group services, etc.) to ensure HR programs and policies are effectively communicated and implemented;

You have a
**background in Human Resources **and are used to
**support an industrial structure in the different HR matters and needs. **You’re best equipped for this role if you have:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
- First Human Resources Generalist experience (3 years) including Payroll activities;
- Strong business insight and ability to partner with business leaders to drive results;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization;
- Good understanding of payroll processes, French employment laws and regulations;
- Experience managing payroll operations, including processing of paychecks, tax filings, and employee deductions;
- Experience with HR Projects;
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate employee records and files, both physical and electronic;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proficient ability to use digital tools and software’s, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in French and English - Mandatory.
