Appointed by the Collectivité d’Alsace, we are responsible for collecting road charges for vehicles over 3.5 tons. **Your Role: What You’ll Do**

As a **Service Integration & Provider Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and integrating our external service providers. You will coordinate operational collaboration, monitor performance against contractual obligations, and ensure seamless cooperation between service partners in alignment with our business objectives and quality standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and facilitating regular meetings with our service providers to review performance, resolve issues, and plan future improvements.
- Monitor service performance against defined KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
- Managing contractual relationships with service providers, ensuring compliance and handling escalations or deviations as needed.
- Analyzing and evaluating technical documentation and reports from service providers in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Leading and coordinating complex service or certification processes, including effective stakeholder communication.
- Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams (e.g. IT, Legal, Operations) and external partners to ensure consistent service quality across the board.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in service provider management, vendor coordination, IT service integration, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of service management processes, KPIs, SLAs, and contractual frameworks
- Proven experience managing and integrating multiple external service providers - ideally in a regulated or technically complex environment
- Ability to interpret technical documents and collaborate with technical teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent working style with a high level of accountability
- Fluent in French (native/excellent) and English (advanced)
