Offre d'emploi de Customer Success Manager (CDI) chez Xtramile à ParisXtramile, une entreprise en plein essor dans le domaine du trading RH, recherche un(e) Customer Success Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris. Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne hautement motivée et expérimentée, possédant au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de la relation client.
Le rôle de Customer Success Manager chez Xtramile est crucial pour notre entreprise, car vous serez responsable de la gestion de la satisfaction de nos clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de vente pour comprendre les besoins de nos clients, mettre en place des plans d'action pour répondre à leurs demandes et maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
Vos principales missions consisteront à:

- Gérer les relations avec les clients existants et leur fournir un support technique et commercial de qualité
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de vente pour identifier les opportunités de ventes additionnelles et de cross-selling
- Planifier et organiser des formations et des ateliers pour nos clients, afin de les aider à mieux utiliser nos produits et services
- Analyser les indicateurs clés de performance de la satisfaction client et proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer continuellement la qualité de nos services
- Mettre en place des processus et des outils pour améliorer la gestion de la relation client.

Le profil que nous recherchons est le suivant:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la relation client, idéalement dans le secteur du marketing digital
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, tout en faisant preuve d'une grande adaptabilité et flexibilité
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, avec une grande rigueur dans la gestion des données
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
