**Key Responsibilities**- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Stellantis account, delivering exceptional customer service as part of a full-service 3PL logistics provider.- Coordinate closely with warehouses and internal Maersk teams worldwide to manage and monitor the handling and shipment of goods.- Use supply chain systems focused on ocean freight to track shipments and ensure timely, accurate delivery.- Maintain proactive communication with the client and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure high service quality.- Support continuous improvement initiatives to meet the demanding service levels required by a global automotive leader.- Collaborate effectively within the team and across functions, fostering a culture of cooperation and problem-solving.- Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative and driving positive outcomes, even in challenging situations.
**We Are Looking For**-
- Fluent in both **French**and **English**, with excellent communication skills to interact with global teams and clients.- Familiarity with supply chain management systems, particularly ocean freight logistics.- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead or influence others positively.- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Experience working with automotive clients or within the automotive industry - A PLUS- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple points simultaneously.
