Spain Financial Controller

- The Financial Controller is part of the Finance team and performs financial analysis, contributes to financial planning processes / designs, he/she will also implement overall business plans with EMEA CFO._

**_ Main missions :_**
- Controlling :_
- _ Ensure P&L consistency by relevant reviews and analysis_
- _ Animate set of reports towards the management_
- _ Build close follow up of salaries & personal costs in adequation with group standards_
- _ Support cost killing mindset with country manager_
- _ Support budget process and forecast._
- Accounting overview :_
- _ Oversee accounting processes in order to make sure that basics are properly managed_
- _ Specific follow up of DSO and credit control through overdue animation in order to optimize cash_
- _ Analyze and optimize other cash components_
- _ Build and report a working capital analysis monthly_
- _ Manage banks and treasury in relation with group treasury manager_
- _ Manage tax reports and anticipate tax risks._
- Project and system :_
- _ Lead finance solutions practices in the area_
- _ Participate to KU groups and initiatives in order to create expertise within the team_
- _ Roll out group solutions to optimize processes._
- Management :_
- _ Manage resources dedicated to Spain (wherever they are located)_
- _ Organize and optimize processes and organization_
- _ Be the ambassador of core values of EMEA finance team._

Requirements _**_for this permanent contract, based in Lyon:_
- You have a degree in Finance/Economics/Accountancy, and minimum 8 years of Controller experience in an international environment, with a mandatory strong experience in forecasting and budgeting. You are proficient in MS Office and have good communication and interpersonal skills._

Le Contrôleur Financier fait partie de l'équipe Finance et est en charge des analyses financières, contribue à l'élaboration des process financiers, et met en oeuvre les business plans avec le CFO EMEA.

**Des critères pour ce poste** basé au siège social à Lyon, en CDI:
Diplôme en Finance/Economie/Comptabilité, minimum 8 ans d'expérience en audit ou contrôle de gestion dans un environnement international, avec une expérience significative en prévisions et bugetisation. Vous maîtrisez MS Office. Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel.
Vous parlez couramment **anglais **et **espagnol**.
