Senior Business controller
In the GTO/SML LMEA region (Lyon Middle-East Africa), we support several Volvo Group brands (Renault Trucks, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction Equipment and Mack Trucks) in providing the best spare parts availability and services for their customers, by making sure that spare parts are distributed from supplier through warehouse to the dealers. We are 750 people committed to delivering excellence and actively promoting safety, diversity, continuous improvement, collaboration, people development and sustainability.

We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to support the region in reaching its challenges and optimize the project costs. Among the region’s activities, there are some key projects to deliver (like GL4, SIPRE replacement for outgoing flows) and several initiatives connected to new products, E-mobility and sustainability.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Business controller are:

- Be a key financial partner for all projects, mainly regarding GL4, E-mob and Substainability
- Act as a key business partner for the operational teams, deliver the good financial information to managers
- coach the teams on their financial performance and actions
- follow-up monthly result with other team members
- Participate to the closing activities, budget and SCOS calculation
- Follow-up IT costs and industrial expansion costs, in connection with projects

The LMEA Business Control team is a key actor in this set-up, by supporting and challenging the sites and functions of the LMEA region. Our 12 business controllers are fully committed to support our operations and logistic flows. We are developing digitalized tools to better visualize and analyze potentials and challenges for our organization. We focus more and more on End To End view and VPS mindset. The job will require occasional travelling. You will report to the Business Control Director.

- You know SAP, Essbase & Power BI knowledge
