Vous rejoignez un groupe français spécialisé dans la Data Marketing auprès de grandes marques notamment dans les domaines du Retail et du E-commerce.

Dans le cadre de leur croissance, ils créent un poste et recherchent leur futur.e Head of Marketing Analytics.

**Mission**:
Vous prenez la responsabilité des équipes Marketing Analytics, autant sur la partie managériale (environ 20 pers) que sur l'évolution stratégique à venir.

A ce titre vos responsabilités sont:

- Management et accompagnement des équipes dans un contexte de transformation important
- Refonte de la stratégie Marketing Analytics
- Décryptage des enjeux Business et mise en avant de la vision stratégique
- Création et pilotage de la roadmap
- Fixation des objectifs de la Direction
- Accompagnement des clients

**Profil**:

- Au moins 8 ans d'XP dans le Marketing Analytics / Connaissance clients
- XP en management d'équipe
- Excellente communication
- Goût pour le challenge
- Appétance relation client
