My client, a rapidly growing Insurtech as part of an international insurance group is looking for their next Technical Excellence and innovation team lead to join their growing Actuarial function in Paris.
The team itself is currently partnering with a wealth of international businesses across the world to help entities develop their employee benefits portfolio across the following areas:
- Technical and Actuarial work
- Sales and Underwriting + digitisation
- Process efficiency and automation
- Profitability improvement
- Platforms
Your role within this company will to be in charge of the France and European scope managing a team of 3 to 6 directly as well as projects on site with the end client.
**Salary** - Attractive salary on offer + lucrative bonus and profit sharing
**Working from home** - up to 3 days a week
**Progression** - A fantastic opportunity to grow and develop client portfolios across France and Europe
**Management** - Team of up to 6 people and a wealth of projects and end client management
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and work across a wealth of different topics in an extremely varied role, no day will ever be the same.
We are looking for someone with an innovative mindset and a desire to be an excellent client partner with regards to technical topics.
- Around 10 years of experience in insurance, ideally in the Protection and Health areas
- An engineering + actuarial background
- Management exposure/experience
- Strong product knowledge in Life & health or Employee benefits
- Strong project management skills - budgeting, project reporting, high quality client engagement and communication skills
- Fluency in English, french and/or other languages
