**Key duties and responsibilities**
**Compensation**
- Develop and implement global compensation policies aligned with company’s business objectives, market trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Responsible for overseeing salary structures, incentives programs and annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and variable compensation.
- Supervize salary and compensation benchmarking and market surveys, compile and analyse national statistics, market forecasts and trends.
- Provide guidance on the end-to-end management of STI and LTI programs, including grant planning, pay-outs, and communication across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with Finance to define and implement effective costing models for incentive programs, ensuring transparent expense planning.
**Benefits**
- The role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of benefits projects in line with the Group's strategy. This includes the major benefits projects: Global Benefits management (global brokerage), Global Benefits financing solutions to optimize costs and improve the efficiency of benefit programs globally, Global care program, and reporting duties on Benefits requirements.
- Assist with the deployment, smooth implementation and communication of the global benefits strategy
- Provide benefits support and advice to HR community on internal benefits policy & operations
- Is responsible for the regular update of benefits mapping and the launch of regular benchmarks, ensuring the competitiveness and compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage relationship with global broker for benefits renewals
- Manage relationship with all global benefits vendors by challenging services and monitoring costsAssist in improving employee experience and benefits communication
- Partner with internal HR development team and communication team to ensure reward programs are effectively communicated and improve employee experience.
- Contribute to global HR programs and innovation.
**Required experience, education & competencies**
- Experience managing compensation and benefits programs in multinational, matrix-structured organizations.
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization to support data-driven decision-making.
- Creative, capacity to innovate and challenge existing status quo.
- Proactivity to propose simplification in processes & optimization solutions
- Strong skills in developing presentations and communication materials for executive audiences, ability to communicate technical matters in simple words and actionable plans
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration across teams without direct reporting link.
- Knowledge of IFRS2 and IAS19
- Excellent MS office skills (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint ). Oracle HCM experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with grading and benchmarking tools is beneficial. Knowledge of WTW Global Job Grading is a plus
- Fluent in English and French is a must.
- Proven experience managing large-scale global projects.
At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within top-tier consulting firms or publicly traded multinational organizations or HR consulting firm
