**Your role**
We’re searching for our next French speaking Analyst / Associate for our Investment Operations - Real Estate team in Paris. You’ll be involved in providing first in class support for asset strategy implementation. Investment Management strategic execution support: Financial Management, Data Governance, Transaction process support, Reporting Management, Portfolio Operations.
Among your responsibilities you will take ownership for Asset Servicing related activities for the allocated products. You will for e.g. support the sourcing, appointment and cancellation of third-party Service Providers. You will also help on insurance renewal, coordinate claims management, and monitor recovery, capex disclosure and support on Health & Safety regulations / ESG under Asset Manager (AM)/dedicated team lead. Additionally, you will act as key contact under AM guidance for stabilised and less complex assets. You are accountable for maintaining close relationship with the appointed Portfolio Manager (PM) /local operator.
At asset level improve financial planning and cost control as operating costs management: asset level cash flow management, budget vs actual or CAPEX monitoring and reconciliation
You will be responsible for data governance of allocated products as for example identify relevant data for the design of asset strategy, ensure collection and develop useful data dashboard for internal teams; analyse the data collected and draw conclusions to make recommendation and help define and drive the strategy; ease reporting process on customized information.
You will run portfolios operations and support the maximisation of financial planning and control. This could include the support the liquidity and distribution management, acting as financial control team & treasury interface or contributing to Fund level performance calculation, TGER.
**Sound interesting?**
You’ll need to have professional experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the Real Estate markets and operations. You are IT proficient and have working experience with Argus Enterprise. You have strong financial skills in regards of budgeting, forecasting and liquidity analysis. You are proficient in French and fluent in English.
You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Due to your great organisational skills, you can meet timelines. You are a teammate with strong communication skills. You have a good judgment and a problem-solving attitude.
