Role Description
This part-time hybrid position is based in Malmo, Sweden, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Real Estate Investment Specialist will be tasked with evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting extensive due diligence, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for strategic investments. Collaborating with various teams, the Specialist will monitor market trends, assess investment risk, and contribute to the overall success of real estate portfolios.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing data and assessing financial risks in investments.
- Experience and expertise in real estate, including market knowledge and trends within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of real estate investment and conducting due diligence on potential opportunities.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Relevant professional certifications or a degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a hybrid work environment.
