Project Manager

Participate to the definition and coordinate the delivery of EMS’s transformation roadmap (with the aim of reducing operational risks, fight against cyber security, digitalise the services to the clients,...):
- In coordination with the head of transformation & project, review yearly the EMS roadmap of transformation-
- Support the animation of EMS transformation roadmap and act as a Project Manager when needed-
- Ensure the proper execution of plan through proper reporting, governance animation and communication-
- Provide support and methodology to operational teams in the execution of their roadmap of transformationSupport the monitoring and the deployment of EMS roadmap of functional projects (portfolio management of projects):

- Support the Transformation & Projects team in order to:
- Prepare, follow and execute the launch and execution of internal projects (at project and portfolio level)-
- Support the team in its role of animator and coordinator of the delivery of EMS roadmap of projects-
- Ensure EMS portfolio roadmap is managed, properly followed and group’s tool are up to date accordingly-
- Support the preparations if the animation of the EMS portfolio governance to ensure:- decisions are taken at the “right level of the organisation”-
- information is shared horizontally and vertically-
- arbitrations are properly raised to the head of EMS-
- Organise, prepare and coordinate EMS impact assessment ahead of Demand gate (including workload estimation, additional requirements,...)-
- Monitor, follow and support the overall implementation of Euronext projects where EMS is contributing / impacted-
- Secure the quality and consistency of EMS contribution and related deliverables)-
- Maintain documentation up to date and related repository-
- Animate EMS community of PM & PO and train internal teams to the project’s rules & policies-
- Propose, structure, and implement some enhancements to better manage projects within EMSAct as a Project Manager:

- In coordination with Euronext’s project team, IT, and other impacted stakeholders and in the respect of Euronext and Market operational processes and policies:
- Ensure the proper execution of project(s) on EMS side and drive progress while keeping teams informed and engaged at various levels of management-
- Establish and animate project governance and produce related reports and deliverables-
- Set-up, track, consolidate, report (in the appropriates tools) and escalate when required project risks, deviation from plan,.- Experience- First experience in project/programme management and/or in consulting firm-
- Final year internship onlyEducation & Knowledge- Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Engineering-
- Background or major in project management or management-
- Awareness of financial markets and/or IT is a plus - as well as a first experience in consultancy firm-
- Comfortable with the pack office (mainly Power Point and Excel)-
- Interest in process improvement and project management in transformation environment- Profile- Consultant profile-
